The Swedish project partners, World Maritime University and Kalmar County Administrative Board, supported the development and implementation of a joint Swedish/Danish seminar held at Aalborg university on 20 February. The seminar focused on cross border issues in MSP and presented practical examples of MSP initiatives from both countries.
Furthermore, on 8 May an online lecture on MSP was delivered at WMU where a general introduction to MSP was given by WMU as well as an introduction to MSP in Sweden, given by the Kalmar County Administrative Board.
Face-to-face trainings were planned for the municipalities in the south of Sweden to take place during the spring 2020. Due to the outbreak of Covid-19 these have had to be postponed to a time when travel and meeting restrictions have been lifted.
